I owe you big time : 크게 신세졌어요. 여기서 big time"은 큰 시간"이라는 뜻이 아니라  크게또는 대단히  라는 뜻으로 매우", "큰 정도로"를 강조하는 데 사용됩니다

This can be used to mean 'very much'- if you like something big time, you like it a lot.(Ludwig.guru)
ex:  She loves animals big time. 그녀는 동물을 무척 사랑한다.
She messed up the project big time 그녀는 프로젝트를 크게 망쳤다.

1.You helped me study for my final exam. I definitely owe you big time for that.
2. Thanks for taking care of my dog, I owe you big time, let me pick up the tab for lunch.

3. I had my hands full, but you helped me out by running those errands, I owe you big time.


Note ; Big time은 큰 성공을 표현할 때도 사용됩니다.
e.g : After months of auditions, the  actor finally got a big time role. (몇 달간의 오디션 끝에, 소망하는 배우가 마침내 큰 역할을 얻었다.)
