충분한 휴식과 수면을 하고 다음날 일어나면 문제에 대해 다시 생각하면 서두르는 것보다 더 나은 결정을 내릴 수 있다는 표현입니다~

sleep vs asleep

sleep은 명사, 동사의 형태로서 잠을 자는 행위를 의미합니다

asleep는 부사나 형용사로써 이미 수면 중인 상태 그 자체를 의미합니다.
ex) Is your mother asleep?
