• As + 형용사/부사 + as 는 비교하려는 두 대상이 어떤 면에서 동등한 경우에 사용합니다. 뒤에 나오는 as를 '~만큼, ' '~처럼' 이라고 해석해줍니다.
형용사/부사의 원급을 사용합니다.
• It's as easy as pie to make your own pasta from scratch - all you need is some flour, eggs, and a little bit of water.(파이만큼)
• As busy as a bee, I've been running errands all day trying to get everything done before my deadline.(벌처럼 바쁘게)
• My workload is as heavy as a ton of bricks, I don't think I'll be able to finish everything on time. (벽돌만큼 무겁다)
• The weather outside is as hot as an oven, I wish I had brought my sunscreen with me.(오븐 처럼 덥다)
Not as...as 는 같지 않은 두 가지 사물을 비교할 때 사용됩니다.

as as 용법은 동등한 급을 비교하는 표현이며
as + 형용사/부사 + as"를 사용하여 비교할 대상들이 어떤 면에서 동등한 경우에 비교합니다.
